After a long absence and minimal activity, I have returned to take a peek at my DA account and figured I should drop a line. I probably won't still be super active, but I do want to try to put a few posts here and there when it comes to mind. Life has definitely been a crazy ride so far and a lot has happened, but the highlights are there. My family has grown again since the years have passed, we've moved, and I have a pretty good job. I don't get myself around to doing as much art consistently but spend the time I can when the inspiration strikes. One thing I have done somewhat consistently when the weather is warmer is I've taken up doing space-themed spray paint artwork which was inspired by various creators on other platforms. I still do some traditional sketches and drawings here and there and will continue to do so. I also have other projects that still keep me fairly busy and regularly update them as well. My old journal entries keep staring at me (and my wife reminds me that I hadn't updated it almost every time I log on), so here I am. The title is due to the newest addition to our family, a little girl. Similar to the last, we were heading to the hospital early in the morning... the difference being that this time we were four days ahead of the due date and over an hour away from the hospital due to traffic. We got our son ready to go and made the drive to the city, my wife getting farther along with her contractions. As she was practically going into labor there was no induction this time.
